Step One: Discovery & Planning
Online or in person, we meet to discuss your vision. We may create an idea board, explore other similar business site, review your other marketing material, or even collaborate with another designer to get the heart of the site – the feel of what successful looks like for you
Step Two: Design & Development
Based on Discovery and planning I design the “bones” of the site with starter pages and information. I work in iterations, so expect we will need to meet at least once a week to review decisions. You may also have homework to find pictures, create video shorts, or craft some custom copy to include in the post.
Step Three: Launch & Support
After launch, I provide ongoing support… Initially I am here for all of those little tweaks that always seem to pop up just after launch, I call this the 2 week warrantee period. After 2 weeks, I continue to provide you with support to the level that you request or require, we may have decided this level in planning, but can change it as needed. All customers are different, and so are your needs. Support could include “lights on” only, or email support, small periodic enhancements, full support, maintenance and updates on demand or anywhere in between. This is your site and I am here to support you.
